Dale was a man of many talents; construction, welding, electrical work, horse shoeing and trimming, to name a few. Early in his adult life he gave his heart to Jesus and joined the Gilmore Church of Christ. He was one of the core members of the Farwell Church of Christ, when the Gilmore Church expanded.
He was well known in the community for his love for the outdoors and was an avid hunter, trapper and fisherman. He coached little league ball when his boys were young and was a good teacher and role model to many.
Dale loved life! He woke up singing in the morning, he loved to dance, he loved a good Western on TV, he loved his cowboy hats, he loved babies and pizza. Most of all, he loved the Lord, his wife, children, and grandchildren, and being a part of their lives.
Dale is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Betty Fra Wysong, four daughters; Cheryl (Doug) Allan of Farwell, DaleAnn (Gary) Montague of Lake, Jan (Bruce) Owens of Farwell, Holly LaBelle of Farwell, one son, Troy (Jennifer) Wysong of Midland, 18 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Zelda Wysong, three brothers, John Wysong, Don Wysong, and Charles Wysong, his son Todd Henry Wysong, and granddaughter Jennifer Fra LaBelle.
