Sending my most heartfelt sympathies to Peggy and the Osborn family. Nelson was loved by so many. Growing up, he was fondly called, "Butch," or "Ozzy." May all who will miss him receive comfort and strength in knowing their loved one now rests in the arms of a loving and merciful Creator. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Melba Jean Dixon
