Verna Maxine Moline- age 90 of Farwell, passed away on Monday, December 9, 2019 at North Woods Nursing Center of Farwell. Verna was born to parents Carl and Doris Cotton in Sheridan Township on September 5, 1929. She was united in marriage to Robert Eugene Moline on January 28, 1949. Verna spent her working years as a homemaker and mother to their four children. She enjoyed sewing, cooking and baking and loved spending time with all of the children. Verna sewed draperies, custom clothing for clients, and she managed bookkeeping and payroll for RE Moline Excavating. Verna is survived by many including brothers Nick (Bonnie) Cotton and Seth (Mary) Cotton, and Ann (Carlyle) Athey, her son Aaron (Marilyn Ahac) Moline, Aaron’s children Troy Moline, and Michelle(Mike) Yule, her daughter Karen Gayle (Tom) House, Gayle and Tom’s children; Paul (Therese’) Streeter, Rob (Sherry) Streeter, Karl (Michelle) Grogan, Rachel House, daughter Carol Randal and Carol’s children; Jennifer (Kevin)Wale, Jessica (Alan), Cline, Jeremy (Billi) LaPratt, and Jamie (Anton) Tunder and son Ron (Lori) Moline., Ron and Lori’s children, Lonnie (Rachael) Moline, Kayla Warner, and Shaun (Heather) Moline. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. Verna was preceded in death by her husband Robert Moline, sister Margaret Rynearson, and son in law Michael Randal. A funeral service is planned for Saturday, December 14, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Campbell Stocking Funeral Home in Farwell, with visitation being held that same day from 11:00 AM until the time of service. Chaplin Kelly Morley will officiate. Verna will be laid to rest at the Surrey Township Cemetery. A luncheon will follow at the American Legion Post # 558, in Farwell.
